Return Policy
Due to this being an online purchase, we understand that customers might need to return or exchange clothing due to it being the incorrect size. Once returned and the product is undamaged, the new parcel will be sent with a new tracking number, without any additional costs.
Please notify us via email of your request to return or exchange your order. Please attach your proof of purchase at this event.
You may exchange your purchase for any other product our store has to offer.
Alternatively, you could ask for store credit towards future purchases.
Please note that when a refund is made, only the cost of the product will be refunded. Any other shipping costs will not be refunded.
Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, Sassy Savvy allows for a 7-day return policy upon receiving the parcel.
Should there be an issue with the quality of the product, such as an imperfection on the garment or damage to the product, please notify us via photos of the garment and/or product, within 48 hours upon receiving the parcel. Any claims made after this period will be considered null and void.
Products returned must be in the same condition that the products left the facility.
A desire to return or exchange a purchase made must be returned to our facility within 7 days. Any returns exceeding this period will be invalid for a refund.
Should your desire to exchange your purchase for a different product arise, we will do our utmost best to ensure your needs are satisfied.
Our return policy only covers products with manufactured defects.
Products can not be returned due to any damage caused by the customer.
Any products returned remain the customers responsibility until the parcel arrives back at our facility.
For customer protection, we recommend using a courier company that provides live tracking.
Sassy Savvy will not be held responsible for any parcel lost in transit.
